as in a cloudy morning of Thursday 17 March, was held the press conference of the project to prevent youth violence "Living Building" was the auditorium of the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, a meeting of important city officials, including Chancellor of the UNT, Dr. Orlando Velasquez Benitez, the Chief of the Third DIRTERPOL LL, PNP Gen. Oswaldo Alfaro Lagos, President of the Board of Procurators, Gladys Ramos Urquizo, Mayor District of El Porvenir, Paul Rodriguez Armas. The Academic Vice-President of the UNT, Dr. Vilma Gil Mendez, among others. Which described the activities to be undertaken in the course of four years to take this project. Amid the cost of the conference and on all media in the locality, the point was finally and officially signed a memorandum of commitment, considered as "Act for Peace" in this document was sealed the alliance between the aforementioned institutions.
